Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the United States typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the product and your location. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. We currently ship to the United States only.

Orders

Where is my order?
Use our Track My Order page with the tracking number from your shipping email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at support@savanero.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email support@savanero.com with your order number to start a return.

When do I get my refund?
Once we receive and check the return, your refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Send us a photo at support@savanero.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
