Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy to return or exchange it.

Our return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

What can be returned
To be eligible, items must be new and unused — unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept items that have been worn or used.

How to start a return
Returns are simple. Just email us at support@savanero.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll guide you through the next steps. A return label is included in your package, so returns are made by mail.

Return shipping cost
Returns are free — there's no restocking fee and no return shipping charge to you.

Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? We're happy to arrange an exchange. Just let us know when you contact us, and we'll help sort it out.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 14 days of us receiving your return. You'll get an email as soon as it's on its way back to you.

Proof of purchase
Please keep your order confirmation email — a valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
