At Savanero, we know that once you've placed an order, you want it in your hands as soon as possible. Here's exactly how we handle shipping, so you always know what to expect.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We don't offer international shipping at this time, but we're working to expand in the future.
Free shipping on every order
Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimums, no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
Order processing
All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. We take care to check every order before it leaves us.
Delivery time
After processing, your order typically arrives within 7–9 business days, depending on your location. In total, most orders reach you within 8–11 business days from the day you order.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect a package once it's on its way, so accurate details help your order arrive without delay.
Delays outside our control
Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. Occasionally, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods can cause delays. If your order takes longer than expected, please contact us — we'll always do our best to help track it down.
